Phase 3 This is the last step and it is said to be carried with you for the rest of your life. That is kind of appealing seeing how most fad diets do not suggest that. It has a name, the maintenance phase; this is because you are now on your own to maintain your weight. It claims to be a "lifestyle changing experience."
